Where do i send the letter to for my bank charges?

Do i send it to my local branch or do i send it to head office?

I worked out yesterday, they owe me 拢1499 and i jolly well want it back!

Make sure you sended it by recorded delivery (so you can track when it has arrived to start the countdown to the banks deadline) to the banks Head Office.

Do not send it to your local branch, or take it in in person.

Send it to the head office of the bank. Send it recorded delivery (about 拢1) and keep a copy. You can also send a copy to your local branch, just to make sure.

you send it to your brabch to the manager recorded delivery, allow them three weeks to reply if no reply satrt proceedings in your local small claims court, I have just received 1388 back from natwest without going to court good luck

Your local branch manager. We sent ours to head office and they just referred it back to branch. You can always go higher if you don't get satisfaction. Good Luck

Ps don't forget to keep a copy.
