Does HSBC customer service officer wear an uniform?

Does anyone knows if the customer service officer at HSBC wearing the uniform when serving in the branch? If so, what kind of outfit/ top/ trousours and colour?

Also, please describe the location/ atomesphere/ service quality at HSBC Stratford branch (Jubilee Line, London).
Is it a busy office, long queue etc.
