How long will he keep it up? |
Cheney is trying to keep secrets by saying his office is not part of the executive branch of government even though article 2 of the Constitution clearly states that he is. How long will he try to bluff his way along this path in order to keep his secrets to himself? Brian - read the news Stupid me. I thought there were only three branches of government. These are precisely the reasons clowns in this administration need to be removed from office. To stand up and with a straight face make such an argument is mind numbing. These are exactly the same sorts of arguments that defy logic, history, and practice, and which ignore or attempt to apply tortuous construction of Constitutional provisions to suit their own Machiavellian purposes, which has permeated this administration from its inception. Why is his opinion of how he perceives a part of the constitution, and states it publicly be considered a secret. leave him alone if can't even bash him correctly. Cheney is above the law. There is no rules for a dictator that has always ran according to his own agenda. Mr. Bush is only the front man. Cheney is very willing to throw out people as sacrifices to protect him like Scooter, Gonzales, and even George. I think that is why Colin Powell left office. He was tired of being used. |
