When will we impeach Dick Cheney?

He claims his office is not a part of the executive branch, and that all of his visitors must remain anonymous. He is clearly operating outside of the bounds of the Constitutuion, and should be impeached.

This guy is scaring a lot of people, including me. He has been slowly culminating power behind close doors until he basically is on par with the president himself. He has taken a mostly figurehead position and made himself co- president and by using Bush as a shield he is able to hide from most accusations. I wouldn't be surprised if his protection is as good as if not better than the actual president. I wish there were something someone could do to expose this devil.

Cheney is really a secret defense project.. a terminator of sorts..able to assume whatever entity at any time

next week he'll be doubling as Associate Supreme Court Judge Ruth Bader Ginsberg at a Pie eating contest at the Illinois State Fair

But his best one was when he flew the Jet on to the Carrier Deck and proclaimed..."Mission Accomplished"

Personally, I'd say he's part of BOTH the executive AND legislative & subject to governance by BOTH.

So let's get him both ways up.

Did you know that man is making 100's of millions of dollars off of the war in Iraq. He has interests in many of the civilian government contracts being negotiated in Iraq.

Isn't going to happen. Not enough votes in the Senate and not enough time left anyway. By the time they actually got around to impeaching him, it would be election time.

this is along the same lines as impeach bush, cheney will be impeached when he has been proven to have committed a criminal act. until then put it back in your pants and get over the 2000 election.

There's not enough time for the process, even if the Democrats push and were to get support! Ya know I've learned one thing - Democrats are smoother talking and better liars, and they all love to whine and cry! Nothing a Republican ever does will be given credit for being good, even though a majority of the Democrats have supported Bush until campaigning started, you'll never hear anything good from any of them, Period! Has anyone considered the option that maybe he's right!?????

Dick Cheney is pro, he'll never be impeached by a Democrat , you think he has learned nothing from the Nixon administration, he has learned how to take a democrat down, to bad its was illegal.

And President Bush stands behind his authority to maintain security. It is not about yours or my rantings. If you are watching Americans were involved in several deaths these last few days in Baghdad. Then you have a change in power from Blair to Brown and two attacks already via car bombs. London and Scotland. So, without security clearance to know what the heck the world is up to what gives you the right to further divide our nation? You are obviously not alone and it frustrates me to see what can happen as a result of good intentions gone astray.
You quote the Constitution as if you know it. He is completely operating in the best interest of this country and taking aggressive actions if necessary. You want a witch hunt? It requires legal authority and so far no one has presented any charges. Just public opinion. Forget that if it means he keeps our nation & soil safe. So far they have. Many have been trying to impeach him, and as H.R. 333 gets more co-sponsors(Dennis Kucinich's 3 Articles of Impeachment against Dick Cheney), which now has 10, we will see further progress on the matter.
