Should I ask if she was involved in this? |
Our branch manager was recently terminated, I suspect one of the girls in our office had something to do with it, becasue the manager had her transferred to another office and she did not want to go because she had the most seniority. I have asked others, from other offices and they also say the old manager has made mistakes in the past. No, it's not your business. It would not change things other than stir things up. Move on. I would avoid her, or you may be next. You should leave it alone because it's none of your business. You'd just be seen as an instigator if you do. Leave the past in the past. you can if you plan on being a friend to her, otherwise i would just keep my eyes and ears open and not say anything unless someone asks. Before asking any one else about it, ask your self this: Does knowing the answer to that question contribute to your ability to do your job? If not, then just leave it alone. What's done is done. |
