I need to write a Letter of Guarantee for several co-workers to come the the USA for a conference. Advice? |
My company is Chinese. We have a branch in NYC with only 3 people. It is a marketing office. There will be a large conference in several months and our company wants several of our Chinese employees to come to the USA for this, however they have been denied visas previously. The USA has been very rough in allowing our employees to travel to the USA for business purposes in the past since we are a private Chinese Corp, and not owned by the state, whose employees can easily obtain visas. |
