Is this OK for an English essay? Its about being followed (the given title)?

I was in the superstore and I felt I was being followed. There was this constant feeling of a presence behind me. I was about to speed up my pace and go into the next isle when a sales woman came up from behind me. 鈥淲ould you like some assistance? Here at Cost Mart we have gotten a wide range of products and services to suit any need鈥︹€?the usual drone went on. That should change seriously. On and on each time gets boring after a while. 鈥淣o thanks鈥?was my usual response as I walked off trying to speed up. That woman always gets in my way. She always slows me down. I need to find a way of avoiding her in the near future. The feeling of being followed and insecure ness disappeared and I was able to relax again. I bought the items I needed and headed to the house. Feeling relieved that finally everything went smoothly got me so relaxed that I didn鈥檛 bother with the route I took to get home. I passed the rotary beneath the freeway and started noticing less and less cars passing by but that didn鈥檛 bother me. It was a good thing normally it would be packed and you don鈥檛 get a lot of cars this late do you? As I turned into a quiet street I thought I heard a noise but I was quickly relieved to see a cat climb a tree. Noises shouldn鈥檛 occur here other that animals and cars. The leaves were shuffling in the inky-black chilled night. The moon was full and a wolf could be heard howling in the distance. It was creepier than ever and the breeze had this mournful shuffling. The night was a dark foggy gray color. It was never as overcast as this the last time it seemed just a bit hazy. A car could be heard in the distance as I searched for a signboard or billboard of some sort. That definitely needs to be added otherwise people will be lost. I had no idea where I was and this is where I always went wrong. Without a sign of some sort it will get confusing I thought as I heard the faint sound of footsteps in the distance. I turned round a bend and headed forward down a small road and noticed that it looked all the same. This doesn鈥檛 seem too interesting I thought. The footsteps behind me quickened. The noises got strident and there was shrill noise to my left. I knew I had to go forward or I鈥檇 loose and whoever was behind me would catch up. I threw some items from the superstore and a thud was heard. The groceries went down in clunks and pounds. Silence. It was quiet again. I knew he was near. I knew I had to run as fast as I could as I took the wrong route again. More and more items where thrown and I was slowly running out. I thought I would have enough and that I would make it this time. I hurried to the house as fast as I could and the next thing I knew he caught me just before the door. Game Over. I lost and now I had to write another report on how the game can be enhanced. There were a lot of things that needed improvement. I sat down writing them down and thinking how real it felt and how the noises were realistic. As I left the office I though about that situation and what if it occurred in real life? It was only a game I thought as I headed to the car and as I was getting my keys I heard a noise. It鈥檚 only a game and this is your mind playing tricks on you. As I turned the key I heard the same noise again. I got into my car and slowly drove off. It was pretty silent and it was very icy and gloomy I had a feeling as if a piercing branch was stabbing me in the back and at one point it seemed so Death-like I turned round a bend and drove so fast that I didn鈥檛 really see where I was going and the next thing I knew鈥 was in bed waking up from a bad dream. I decided to skip work and stay at home to rest maybe this was a sign.

at the start can you tell that its a person walking and not sense something wrong? i want people to think its a person walking and not a game and then to find out at the end...if you get what i mean

It depends what your assignment requirements are. Is it for a short story? You would need proper paragraphing in this. "insecure ness" is not a word, you should use "a feeling of insecurity. Be careful of run-on sentences.
