19) the power of a court to adjudicate the constitutionality of the laws of a government or the acts of a government official. (basically it gives the government, or specifically the judicial branch (the federal courts) the power to make sure any act of congress is constitutional. judicial review is the power that is given to the judicial branch to do so.
24) only congress can declare war
27) the president appoints and the senate approves with a 2/3 majority vote
37) the cabinet is part of the executive branch
42) there is an odd number in case of a tie
