I was of work for 2 weeks and sent in a self certificate?

and the dr filled in the 2nd one. the firm i work for admit they reicieved them at our local branch but have lost them i cant get paid until they see proof of a dr sickline at main office please help

I always photocopy dr's notes but they will give you a copy if you ask them. Thats the only way go back to the |Gp and get a copy.

go back to youre g.p and ask him for duplicates.

personally i always took a photocopy of a sick note before sending it in. however, if they admit they have received it then lost it the onus is on them to pay up. phone ACAS first thing on Monday
