He knows Government works either for good or bad. That is why he is a constitutionalist. Government in its proper roll constrained by a constitution (direction from the governed is good). Government out of control, doing as it pleases in spite of the constitution is bad.

He is not a defeatist. He is a talk softly carry a big stick constitutionalist. He thinks we should be kicking Osamas but in Afganistan/Pakistan not securing our oil interest in Iraq.

I like Ron Pauls anti war stance.... However I can not vote for someone to be head of the government that does not believe that government can work!!!

And this is also the guy who wants our troops deaths in Iraq to mean nothing. He is another defeatist who would love to end the war with our enemies and the enemies of freedom being the winners.

Ron Paul may have a shot as an independent. But his first debate ruined it for him to be a Republican nominee. I mean the idiot basically said that we deserved 9/11 because of the way we treat muslims! What a crock!

Ron Paul is one of the leading candidates to challenge Hillary Clinton for the Presidency because he has excellent view on critical issues.
