My boss never happy with my work .....What should I do ? |
My one of relative started his branch from USA to Bombay and give the job (at present ) to all of us and kept everything on my boss who is of same age ..........Now what should I do .......As He (boss) is not interested in me and doesnt help me to learn everything .....he is giving me work as just for the sake of my relative .......I can't tell to my relative who is in head office (Foreign) each & everything ..... Look for another job now and then quit that no good jerk off!!! try working harder to improve your work Quit I would contact the person who gave you the job. If you cannot do that, then quitting is your other alternative. Obviously, this person may be resentful that you are related to the person who gave you the job in the first place. In the words of a great American song---tell your boss to Maybe he thinks that you are here because of your relative.... so u need to change this mindset of his by showing him quality work and meeting deadline to the work and take on more initiatives. this will show him that u have something in you and ur justifying yourself with the company and can help the organisation grow. do try and do your work in your own way just do it exactly how your boss wants it to be done and work hard... |
