Why cant people understand that RON PAUL is the best presidential candidate?

He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Its not the people, its the electoral college. District by district, there are ways of posturing votes to suit the elites and their corporations by changing the boundaries of voting districts.

Sounds like a great guy to me, but unfortunately, not to those who like to keep the "little guy" poor and crawling......... (i.e. conservatives)

Mostly because I don't think he could lead the nation.

I don't know why so many people are against Dr. Paul. He is by far, the most genuine candidate out there.

George Will said that Dr. Paul would shake up the GOP political scene this year in his February Newsweek column and so far, he has.

The question remains, will the GOP faithful vote for a genuine candidate or another spoiled brat, trust-fund child like Bush and have another 4 years of regretting their vote?
