Does anyone know the address for KO Capital (ph. # 888-643-1902) and has anyone ever recieved a loan from them

KO Capital collects your money and promises you the funds in 21 days but you wait for several months and you don't get any money from them. How many people have KO Capital scamed. Their office is supposed to be based in California but they should have processing centers in several US cities.
They run a ad on 1010wins radio station, but they give you no physical address. Their main contact # is 888-643-1902. The other number they called me on is 212-239-4007, this tells me they have a branch in Manhattan, New York. Can Anyone produce a phisycal address for these blokes either in California or New York, or even both.
