Office - Hard Times? |
I am working as a manager in the a multinational firm.dis is my 1st managerial post.I am having very hard times because the systems and the procedures are simply Bull ****.I am at branch level.The headoffice has no other way but to please the region.I am in cont. stress since i m not coming upto what standards I want me and my team upto. To quote an example, there is NO Software, internet facility for me.The same situation goes with all the branches.my colleagues are depressed.its been a few months we started and we as colleagues are getting alongwith it very nicely.but there is the lack of coordination.I tried very hard,but there is nothing i / anyone at my level / colleagues, do to change and get the systems steamlined. Please can anyone help me out? What should I do? Quitting is not the option for me.But here I also cannot change environment. Personal experience would be highly appreciated and regarded.
