How to Connect two Branches? LAN, WAN I don't know.?

I just started a small office. I have two offices (my home and my office). I have three employees. I want all employees to be able to access data centrally from both locations and from their homes. I do not want to set up a server. Prior to hiring someone to do this I wanted to know what my options are. How can I connect everyone to the data easily. Would a NAS solve my problem?

What comes to mind for me is using something like hamachi. This way you wont have to spend money getting vpn connectivity to your other office locations. What you need to do is first get the hamachi software (https://secure.logmein.com/products/hama... and then install it on all the machines that will need to have access to the files. You also need to install it on the device that has the files that will be accessed by your employees. Once you have the software installed, make sure you have the folder or files shared so that the computers connected to your network can access it. Once you have completed the setup process, you should be able to go to My Network Places inside windows and see all of the computers that are part of your hamachi network.
