Do you agree that if everyone knew who Ron Paul was that he would become the next president???

I mean seriously if you don't know who he is he is the best candidate for the presidency that we have had over the last 20 years.

He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.

He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.

No matter how much the media and talk radio tries to blackball him, the PEOPLE will prevail. This man will be our next president with God's help.

Yeah, but I think it's getting to be funny. Now, the more they try to hide him, the more people are finding out, and I think people trust him more because the mainstream media isn't behind him. It's kinda cool actually. I think they're helping him out by trying to hide his results.

Yes he is like the new party many are craving for, Independent of strong arm influence. I like his bravado and by his background he is true to his word.

Can't agree with the assumption that he would be elected. But I would love to see the impact it would have in this country if he got due coverage. Me thinks the sheep and goats would be sorted out and there would be very very few 'undecided' folks around. I am with you in getting his message out!

No... If everyone knew Ron Paul, that would mean the established media lost its "war on information" - which means everyone probably knows about Mike Gravel too - which means he (Gravel) stands an equal if not more of a chance to win the election.

I think it's a long shot to get him known, but even if he was I don't think he would win. It's like getting people in the mainstream audience to see an indie film when they can see something with Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts. Ron Paul's just not a big enough celebrity to become president, even if he is the best choice.

No, he will not become President. Unfortunately the Bush/Gore proved that our votes don't count. This election will be fixed just like the last one.

No. I know who he is, I saw him in the Republican debate, and I wasn't impressed. Many other people probably would (and do) have the same opinion.
