How and can I get Title in my name of Deceased brother?

I am the Administrator of Brothers Estate which is in probate. He does have debts to be paid. One was his motorcycle that GE Money Bank filed a claim for 9000.00. After consulting with Lawyer he said I could Make them a private offer and if they except then the bike would be mine as long as they withdrew their claim. I did and they excepted and withdrew their claim. I,m now being told that If GE Money Bank sends the title back to me in my Brothers name that the court may still have claim on it and even have it sold a second time even though I settled the debt on my own. I have tried countless calls to GE Probate and they have an answering service that says they are not available. Been on hold for a total of 3 hours in the last 2 weeks. I do have the reciept from GE excepting my offer and withdrawing their claim. I guess i have 2 questions. If it does come in my brothers name how can I change that. Also ,is it possible that I will loose this bike after paying for it out of my pocket

Thanks Insomnia. ME Too. He does have other debts in probate. Is that what you mean by other leins? Would GE by withdrawing their claim be as if they had never filed one in the first place? If it was alright for me to settle then why do I now stand a chance of losing My money?

If you are the administrator then you are authorized to sign your brothers name on the title with your signature as administrator, if the lending institution sends you a title with a release of lien then the Bike would be yours unless your brother had additional liens against it.!!
