I have not received this message, but I did take a look at the survey.

If I were you, I would deffenintely NOT take the survey. Usually things like that can lead to loads of junk mail, computer viruses, and sometimes these things can gather personal info from your hard drive. It's like a virus, only more severe.

Ha ha yes a few months ago! Apparently if you answer it you get more and more and they are quite a pain. I was told this as I hit the delete button so fast I wrecked my manicure! lol :)
