1) What is your definition of customer service?
2) What are your expectations for your co workers?
3) what are your expectations for your supervisior/manager?

1) Customer Service is going above and beyond what is necessary in order to capture the sale (if you're in sales) or exhibit service that makes the customer feel welcome and want to come back again.

2) My expectations for my co-workers is that we function as a team to accomplish tasks, so that our goals are all headed in the right direction for the benefit of the company.

3) My expectations of my manager/supervisor are that they make sure that I receive the training that I need in order to do my job correctly. Also to evaluate my performance and give me tips on how I can work more effectively. I expect to be able to come to them and speak with them regarding any potential problem that arises, or any questions that I have about my job or the company.

Customer service means to attentively listen and serve all customers by providing excellent service and alternatives to their satisfaction.

My expectations of my coworkers is they are team oriented, responsible and hard workers.

My expectations of my superiors is that they provide a supportive and structured environment that would be conductive to my growth and advancement within your organization.
