What can I do if WES with no response?

What can I do if WES with no response?

That website with no response. Even if I try to give them a call in New York. NO one will pick up and answer the phone. What can I do? I have used DHL mail the document and paid all the money. Does anyone use this company service before?

They seem to have a policy of not answering the phone, according to the other complainers. I would say you need to call the New York Attorney General's office and ask if there are any other complaints against WES.
