What are the time management techniques you use at work?
What is customer service?
What kind of example i can qoute for the answer of this question?(Tell me about a time when you managed the time when it was cruicial?)

if you need help with these question, you should be going for the job...what is customer service?/ come on...r u just gonna try to bs your way through the interview or what?

What are the time management techniques you use at work?
I am good at multi-tasking, but that never effects the quality of my work.

What is customer service?
Customer service is giving the customer quality products and service, and making sure they enjoy their experience enough to want to return again.

What kind of example i can qoute for the answer of this question? This depends on the type of job you're lookin for (retail, office, sales)

ok the first question: they want to know how you use your time,you spend x amount of time on this project and x amount on this project etc
Second question: customer service is taking care of your guest no matter what it takes,if it takes 2 hours or 2 minutes making sure that the person gets what they need, feels comfortable and feels like a guest and not a customer in the store.
and the last question basically when did something need to get done and how did you get the project done in a timely manner.

As a former manager and interviewer, I could tell most of the time when a applicant was lying. You really need to be honest with your answers, especially providing examples. If you are hired for the job, and you don't work up to the image you set for yourself, it will be even more apparent that you lied. Don't forget most places can fire you within the first few weeks to months if you are on a probationary period.

1st one howdo you manage your time, ie how organised are you at work?

Customer service: listening to what the customer says, helping where you can.
