Cell Phone Service Question? [AT&T]?

Hi.
I have the MOTOKRZR for AT&T. Recently its been acting up a lot. It takes a while to load things, things arent working right, and it hangs up calls on me from time to time. I've been looking around, and really like the BlackJack II. If i wanted to get a new replacement phone, what would i pay?
The full price [$369.00]. The 2 Year Contract Price [$49.99]. Or the 2 year extension upgrade price [$99.99]
Or is there like a different price you pay, for when your phone breaks.

You know, I want to say you will have to pay full price for the BJ2 because you are not due for an upgrade. Maybe ask your question on the AT&T Forums. Forums.wireless.att.com Someone on there might know the answer
