What can i do to change this?! Can i claim my taxes back for lack of service..I'm stressed out!!?

The police are worthless and i cant get a doctors appointment until the end of next week, i feel like **** and i just want to cry. And when i see the deductions in my payslip i wanna cry even more.

If the kids are drinking and p1ssing outside my flat tomorrow im gonna call 999 and say i saw a knife, im sure that will have them straight out.

Also when my mum collapsed and had a fit (turned out to be a panic attack but i didnt know that) and i called for an ambulance it just rang and rang and rang for about 2 minutes b4 it was picked up.

Firebrigade are good though, i called them once and they were out in minutes!

as much as you are struggling with those children, if you make a false claim like that, you will become the nuisance caller. And it cause worse reprecussions from the children.

Try to calm down ..sleep and think rationally in the morning, try going to the police station tomorrow and explaining how they are making you feel.

they have tresspassed your property and it is illegal to urinate in public/other peoples property. so this definitely need reporting.

i wouldnt recomment photos and pictures to publicly shame them as suggested by other posters as this is illegal, if you take pictures, leave these for official bodies such as police and council to deal with.

you work for the council, so you seem in a better position to be equipped in finding the right department to deal with your enquiry.

I think getting yourself signed off sick from work is playing into the hands of the perpatrators who are being unsociable.

please find the strength to keep your head and deal with the situation calmly with authorities, they dont listen to people who rant and rave .. this i expereinced.

If you live in "social housing" and the local council is your landlord contact them about any anti social behaviour in the area. If it is a housing association then the same thing.

Sadly these days there is a lot of respect lacking in the world.

The police are trying to do a job in a world where their powers are restricted more and more by the PC brigade. Perhaps dialing 999 isn't the answer why not go to your local police station and have a word with someone.

Please don't say you have seen a knife when you haven't by doing this you could be taking the police away from something far more important. Just think they may be going to deal with someone you know who is in serious trouble but because you phone in and "cry wolf" they may not go there and who knows what could happen.

I find it strange you can not get a doctors appointment till the end of next week if yoiu are ill tell them so. If you are not specific about what problems you have then they won't prioritise you, my GP does this and sees those in greatest need first. So speak up and get that appointment.

Please try and help yourself as sometimes sitting ranting on here is not the best idea.

Also you really haven't stated your problem so I am reading between the lines on what you have said.

If you call 999 and say one of them has a knife, this is then called a hoax call and YOU can end up with a fine or if you keep on doing it then prison. Have you ever thought that why it took the ambulance 2 mins, ( probably more like 1 and it felt like 2) they were dealing with other panicking people? Do you actually know how many operators there are for 999 and what a stressful job they have for less than 18k a year before deductions? I don't mean to be heartless and I do feel for you, but the people who are mainly to blame are the parents of the kids drinking and the government, the police's hands are tied because they are also enforcing the law and filling in the paperwork as stated by the government. The number of officers on a Saturday night in a town is about 5-10. Mostly double crewed, so if they arrest someone at say 2100 and their shift finishes at 0700 then most of that shift will be paperwork. If it is a domestic violence call then it'll be 2 shifts, mostly end in a "but I love him response" and the case will be dropped. That's why the police as you put it are worthless.

No dont say you seen a knife, say that you are going to find some one very shortly in the lanes, and im fed up, they will soon come i have done this before.

You cannot claim taxes back but you can call your local M.P, Cllors, and A.M's and report this as an emergency and a breach in the ........... contract to provide a good service and a safe envirnoment etc. Rite all your thaughts down in bullet point form and just stay cool calm and collecting, as soon as you shout you have lost, they wont shout back but walk out and then start egnoring you
