Questions about Heart Disease, Please answer!?

I have a few questions for my research that I am not sure about. I am doing some research and no luck in finding the information I need. Please no websites, the last time I asked this question, people only gave websites and when i searched on the website there was nothing there that answered my questions. Here are my questions:

1. What causes Heart disease?
2. How do we prevent heart disease?
3. What are some support services that help people with Heart Disease?

Could you be more specific (heart attack, stroke, TIA, ect) ? Heart disease is a bit general, so my answers will correspond accordingly.

1. Genetics, unhealthy lifestyle (lack of exercise, poor eating habits, smoking), unhealthy environment
2. Eat healthily and maintain an appropriate BMI through exercise
3. For more support services, turn to the American Heart Association.
