I-130 processing times from Laguna Niguel,CA?

Hello, i just received a I-797C notice of action form for my I-130 form out of the USCIS CA service center i was wondering how long this takes to process & what happens next? I had trouble finding a answer from the website.

California Service Center is currently working on petitions filed around November 2007 so you are probably looking at a 7 month or more wait for your notice of approval. After approval your file will be transferred to NVC and they will send you the $400 visa fee bill, $70 choice of agent bill and form. Once those are paid and an agent has been chosen you will receive the I-864 affidavit of support and the DS-230 visa appliaction. If the interview will be at an american consulate abroad then once all forms are received by NVC your file will be transferred to the appropriate consualte and you will then wait for the infamous letter telling you when you visa appointment will be. There are 6 kinds of I-130. Don't know which one you have. But according to the USCIS website. 1)For Parent, spouse or child under 21 is Nov.17,2007. 2) for unmarried son or daughter over 21 is Jan 17, 2003. 3)for married son or daughter over 21 is Apr.30,2001. 4)for brother or sisiter is Apr.30 2001. Above are for US citizen to file for their relatives. And for Green Card holder filing for :1) spouse or child under 21 is Jan 1st, 2005. 2) for an unmarried son or daughter over 21 is Feb. 07,2005.

The usual processing time is 7-9 months. Some take considerbly longer, each petition is judged on an indivdual basis and some cases are more complex than others, thus the extra waiting time.
