Why did I receive a SUSPENSION E-MAIL from Yahoo! Answers?

I received an e-mail from Yahoo! Answers: SUSPENSION NOTICE:

" You have posted content to Yahoo! Answers in violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. As a result, your account has been suspended.

If you feel you were not in violation, please contact our Customer Care and tell us why.

Regards,
Yahoo! Customer Care

And my Account is inactive. I really do not understand. My questions are not rude; they were posted, and I have received many answers.

So, I have some questions:

+Why did this happen to me, although all my questions were posted, and definitely not RUDE?

+When will my account be active, or I will lose this account forever?

Thank you very much

It's not fair

1. Blame that on the report-happy trolls who are already corrupting the problematic community moderation nonsense. They're responsible for causing too many violation notices to be handed out and account suspensions after their "bogus" reporting of innocent content.
2. Any Y!A account suspension is permanent, so that means your last one can never be used again. However, you must convince Customer Care the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service was erroneously applied during the account suspension process.

I suggest you go here to appeal the account suspension: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers...

Even though you weren't rude in any of your questions or answers you can still get violation notices and suspensions. Read the community guideline carefully and you'll see why.

I'm sorry you got suspended! Hope you have better time this go. =)

You can ask for an appeal to get your previous account reinstated, the directions should be in your suspension notice. Good luck.

You ned to understand that a violation can be filed for any reason, valid or not. Someone could have turned in a question or answer of yours, and the staff felt that you have a "history" of this and suspended you

-you can contact Y!A Customer Care and tell them your reasons, probably they are willing to hear you.
- Once your account been suspension, you lose your account forever.

You should be following their exact direction instead of posting your question here.

As they said, if you dispute it, or require additional information, contact Customer Care and tell them why.
