If you had a choice?

I'm thinking of starting a business. What I want you to do is think about a service or product that people need that is hard to come by or that is unique and stands out over the usual. What service or product would draw you to that business. What would you want if you had a choice in a new business coming to town? It doesn't matter if it would be a homebased business, on the go business, or in a building somewhere? No unkind or perverted answers please.

Honestly, I would want a safe affordable doggy day care! The ones we have here suck! There's only one that's really decent and it's way across town like 45 miles away.

The other one would be a "Shopper's Preference" type where you could just call a phone #, or go to the website and instantly order what you need, have it delivered at home or work within an hour and not be charged an arm and leg for the service. It's getting to the point where this would begin to be a necessity for tons of people. With all these cyclists and hybrid drivers, looks to me like they could design this service-to-go quite lucratively. I've often thought about doing something like that but just never "put it down" to formalize. Hope that helps.

an office supply store - our area of town where i work dosent have one - we have to travel all across town to get to one. wastes alot of time. I always thought it would be a good idea.
