My i880 phones keyboard is frozen!!!!??? help??

everything else works, like I still get calls but i can't answer them since the keyboard is frozen. so i turned my phone off and got a message that said "service restricted txt off". and when i turned it back on it is requring the unlock code, which i have but cannot type in due to the frozen keypad please hep!!!!!!!

I would contact the manufacture for the unlock code. You might want to consider doing warranty exchange though. They should be able to send you another phone.
