I have always noticed that people talk about some bands wheather they're considered classic or modern , yet some bands or artists are most of the times UNDERRATED (wheather it's the media and critics or which is my field or question now , that is in the forums and on internet pages) . So , if you see an artist you think s/he is not at all underrated , maybe the opposite , then that means his or her underrted status is on forums and internet in general .
