Can anyone help me with a computer/netzero internet/phone line problem? more information within please help?

i just ordered a magicjack phone service which is a jump drive that has a phone service in it (heres the website so you can understand better: www.magicjack.com) so anyway i just ordered this thing and i started thinking how i am going to get internet service through to the computer. the internet service i have is netzero hispeed internet. i looked on the magicjack website and it said dial-up internet does not work with the magicjack but hi speed does. the only problem is that when i start the internet it does dial up but yet it is still hi speed. i am very confused and i dont know wether i need to change my internet provider or keep it please if you have any advice answer this question please. thanks!!!

I believe they are referring to high speed internet service provided via DSL or cable (i.e. Comcast)--not dial up high speed.

Not sure of your situation, but in some locations, local phone companies offer dsl and cable connection for approximately $5 more per month than NetZero. Might be beneficial to inquire.
