What are some questions asked at a job interview?

I have 3 interviews, one at Rack Room Shoes, one at Papa John's, and one at a local boutique which sells purses and accessories. Here are some questions that I've heard are sometimes asked at interviews, are my answers okay?

What is your strength? I am very determined and motivated. When I set my mind to something, I make sure I reach my goal.

What are your weaknesses? I tend to overthink things and worry too much, but I believe that it tends to benefit me because I make certain that I am prepared and ready.

What are your skills? I have good verbal and written communication skills, I have good customer service skills, I love helping and interacting with people, and I am computer knowledgeable.

What qualities make you a good fit for this job? I am hard working, friendly, and reliable.

What other questions are asked? Please give detailed answers.

It is to your advantage to ask them good questions too, which show you are interested in this business, not just a pay check.
Do your homework about the business to ask questions that interest you. Think if you were the manager of one of those places, what questions and concerns are on your mind in running the business daily.
And don't tell them you are a Vegan. The last thing they want to know is that you are going to lecture everyone there about what they eat.
