Has anyone ever been denied access to their Florida Sunpass account?

I tried to log into the Florida SunPass website but got denied access. The message stated my IP address makes me forbidden. What does this mean? I've never had a traffic or toll violation and my responder is replenished automatically. My credit card is good so what could be wrong? I've never had a problem accessing this site before. Are any other Florida residents who use SunPass having this problem or other problems with SunPass? I'm asking this question here because it's past Customer Service hours and I don't want to wait till the morning to get an answer. I'm also wondering if this may be an internet issue instead. Can anyone advise?

I've always accessed my account from my home PC. Never from a different computer.

Hey, I've been experiencing the same problem. It started yesterday around midday. I'm pretty sure it's the web site because I've tried from three different computers and it's the same problem. I'm at work so let me know what customer service tells you. I'm almost positive it's a problem on their end, though.
