What should I expect to pay for at Dreams Punta Cana All-Inclusive?

I have a lot of questions about what I should expect from this resort. Reading reviews, it seems like people have had different experiences depending on how much they pay. We reserved the Honeymoon Suite through Expedia.com. Please answer only if you've been to this resort.
-Someone mentioned extras that you had to rent/make deposits to use. Things like snorkels, boats, a bed on the beach were all mentioned. What sorts of things are actually included, and what costs extra (besides the spa)? I also get the impression that certain meal items cost more in the restaurants.
-Is room service and/or minibar included? I wouldn't expect this, but from some of the reviews I've read it sounds that way.
