I can't access my Yahoo email can you help ? PLEASE !!!! PLEASE !! PLEASE !?

Ok, let's begin. This problem started over a month ago. At first it would take for me to clear my browser history and cache and cookies to gain entry to my email. Now I can't get into it at all.
I contacted Yahoo, and what did they do ? They sent me an email !!! How stupid was that ?
I can see from Yahoo's home page that I have 10 emails waiting to be answered and who they are from, but when I click on the email icon the page always fails to open. I also have a pop up with a small bell telling me I have 9+ emails. I am going to scream !!!
I use the older version of email and I have used the links to the other page where you can access my emails but I want to be able to use my email service from my home page. If you have any way to fix this problem I would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks !!

I can't get into my email to email them. Did you not read the question ?

You could put forgotten adress, email them, then they'll say what it could be. They'll email straight away. I forgot my password once.
