SERIOUSLY! blitz telecom in Australia won't answer me!!! How do I make them? |
These, uh ... take my money for two years with service very very poor.and only once (August) got me on line - then I did not switch my computer off but it died, during an important message! only a month later. There has to be some kind of breach of an implied contract here and someone out there who will 1. Help me. 2. Advertise my opinion (hey I really want help - not to be wiped) that others should not expect service. Phone calls don't help - they have the very longest waiting queues I've ever come accross - I know how subjective time can be so I measured the last time 47 minutes and still seventh in a queue when I freaked out! Ah Hah! My code is nQwaDSNqEy (with grim irony they keep me up to date with my changing number!) which gets me back to Answers! Go to the main office and raise hell! Would it help if I shouted really loudly from here in London! |
