Hi there seeking some pc upgrades answers?

am thinking of upgrading my graphics on my pc but the question is 1 do i have a agp slot ,i think i do, and question 2 whats the best ok ,one of the stable and cheapest upgrades i can get for these specs ,any help would be great

ps i know that agp is old and that the motherboard isn,t the best but thats all i can afford for now

You don't have an AGP Port
You have PCIx port
Buy any PCIx VGA cards like NVidia 8600 GT 512 or ATI 3850 Pro 512 and you'll be able to play all recent games at 1280x1024 at medium quality.

u can buy a pretty good agp card at walmart, i did for my kids pooter and it works gr8, she plays WOW on it with no probs

There are some motherboards for the Pentium D that were made with AGP. Most were made with PCIx and a couple were made with both.

They don't share a lot of info at iQon. But here are some things that I would recommend.

Max memory is 2GB. I recommend that you upgrade to a 2GB (2x1024MB (or 1GB) dual channel DDR 400)

Looking at this board, I recommend that you think about replacing your board before you do much else. This one is highly limited and is going to make finding good upgrades more challenging.
