as there seemed to be two pleas to answer to, the origional being wounding with intent sec 18 which he pleaded not guilty to, the lesser was a wounding charge cant remember specifically sec20 which he did plead guilty to. the crown still want to go with the 18. i take it now on july 1st crown it will be a battle of both sides trying to win? as i he has said not guilty i now apparently have to be a witness again although with the social services aspect it could have dramatic affect on me and my child, as like i say before i didnt actually see the attack, they want me for background info. i cannot risk being named in the papers as i could lose my child. the background involves cocaine and alchol although my child was not actually there.the guy that was attacked is claiming that he was hit 8 times with a spade before waking up, then batterd around the head with a metal bar, then strangled but then threw my boyfriend off, then tidied the flat (attached to my house) before making his way to Get down to the Citizens Advice Bureau and tell them all about it.
