SURVEY: Daycare in the same building as your work?

I am doing a survey for my college project.
Please answer yes or no to the following questions:

1~Would you like a daycare in the same building as your company?
2~Would you be more likely to apply for a job because they have daycare services in the building?
3~Would you feel safer having your child in the same building as you?
4~Would you be able to arrive on time since the daycare is in the building?
5~Do you find it necessary?

1. I would prefer to have a daycare in a near building or
within the same block.
2. No, I wouldn't.
3. No, I wouldn't.
4. I would probably be able to arrive on time. If I chose to use
that option, then it would be a 'yes.'
5. Again, behind the Oklahoma fatality and the Twin Towers
situation, I would not consider this type of service.

1. yes, I think it would be beneficial
2. no, it wouldn't matter to me because I don't have a child, but some of my friends would answer "yes" to this.
3. yes, if I had a child, I would want him/her as close to me as possible... it's hard to trust people now.
4. yes, I think it would save a great deal of time.
5. no, not necessary but definitely appreciated by many.

That's a great idea.I attend an adult day care,I like it,it's a way to socialize with others.but,it's a very good to have this for parents.that's what japan has.yes to every question you had.

No for 4 &5. I have to be on-time no matter what. Day care is a luxury not a neccessity.
