There' s erroneous information my my rental history involving money, i need it removed? need clear record.. |
Furthermore, I have documents stating that I was not at the previous property for (8) days, but yet. being charge for (8) days of rent and this information is listed as a eviction on my rental credit record, to no avail, no one is help me from the Residential Finance Services in relations to the mortgage company which manages/owns the property. I recently went to lease a property and this erronous information came forward of which I didn't know exist until recently, (2) years later. So its predatory against me as far as I'm concerned, especially with the document evidence I have stating otherwise. Is there anyway to clean your rental history, like the general credit history reports..what people aren't aware there is a separate rental history credit report the property managers use to rate you as future tenant. I'm getting no response to the fact of trying to resolve the issue on my behalf, if there are any suggestion to this matter. I greatly appreciate the answer(s) coming forth! you will have to go back and get the original landlord who placed the info to remove it, if not it will never go away Dispute it with your credit bureaus and send copies of your documentation. |
