How can I prove that what some one has written on here, is false?

I am the ex-father-inlaw to weird_al_75 who has written posts about me, & my daughter broadcasting private matters on this Answers site. I wish he would get his facts straight.
1) In regards to child abuse: an allegation was made against me 22 years ago and after 10 months in courts the allegation was UNPROVEN. Yet, to this day Family Services and other authorities like to hang it over my head, as if it were proven, when it wasn't.
2) He says that I made drunken harassing phone calls, when an actual fact, I have been unable to drink alcohol for 2 years, due to my heart condition & the medication I am on. I am not irresponsible enough to mix alcohol with medications...that's just plain stupidity.
3) It was not my daughter who handed me his phone number. It was my neice who gave me the number so I could ask him if he would help me get my eldest grandson, who I have custody of, out of fostercare to which he refused.

4) He also forgot to mention that my youngest grandchild who is living with my daughter, her fiance & myself, is a Special Needs Child who NEEDS constant monitoring.

and you care what people you do not know and will never see ever think because??

Posting all this personal information on Yahoo Answers certainly isn't really helping your case, guy. It actually seems pretty immature.

If there are actual legal matters and/or your personal safety at stake, consult your lawyer or the local police.

Otherwise, this ain't gonna help you. Do yourself a favor and keep mum about stuff like this ... someone could print it out and try and use it to get you in more trouble.

Your best bet would be to just ignore him. Most of us do not know you. We just like looking here because it makes us feel better to read that we are not the only messed up people out there. By making it an issue, we have all read you buisness...again

I think that I would just ignore it. He probably just wants attention and is seeking it in desperate ways. You know the truth and that's all that should matter.

I would confront the person about this matter, and resolve this matter quickly and quietly.

Report him and the posts to the Answer Team.

Still sounds pretty dysfunctional to me. I hope those kids are in safe hands.

Perhaps you can find a particular thread he started about you and report it to Yahoo. They have rules and regulations and he can be in violation if he is posting falsely about you. Report him for every post he makes about you and make sure you print each one out. Contact an attorney and see what your shots are at suing him for slander. Show the website links and the actual posts as proof of the slander (make sure to copy each link down to save).
If he keeps it up seek a restraining order against him. Remember to keep all documents of the posts available for the courts to see.
Stop responding to him and don't make any other posts regarding this issue. You don't want him to be able to turn it against you. Good luck!
