*7 Please tell us of an example of when you have exceeded a target? What did you do and what was the result?

I'll try and help you out a bit as I know how hard it is for some people to fill out applications and such even though once they get a job they can do it quite well. I have a friend like that. People should not be ridiculed for their lack of knowledge.

1. They want you to tell them an instance where you sold something to someone or talked someone into buying something that they really didn't want just by talking to them. Like you bought some make-up from Avon or someplace and you really liked it. Give the reasons, etc. While at the post office, the people behind the counter always ask each person if they want some stamps, or bubble wrap, boxes, or mailing envelopes. While striking up a conversation, they are really trying to get you to buy something you really don't need at the moment but sometimes some one will end up buying something just because they are there.

2. What skills do you have that you will bring into the job to help you do the job. Are you good with people? Are you good at math?

3. Working as a team means where have you worked where you worked with other people to complete a task. I work in an office. We are a team. We all answer phones, schedule appointments, help others out.

4. We work with nasty people every day. One lady was charged a No-Show fee of $25 for not calling and cancelling her appt. She swore up and down she never received the letter we sent out even though the address we sent it to was correct. She was told that we were sorry she did not get the notification letter and that the charge this time would be removed. She went away happy.

5. We get new products to sell in our office at times. You need to study the products and what they are for so you know what you are talking about if someone wants to buy something. So each time something new comes in, you should go out of your way to learn about it.

6. I helped a person get their insurance straightened out by calling the ins co myself. She sent me a thank you note.

7. Not sure on this one.

If you haven't been in a position to answer any of these questions yet or some of them, be honest and just say that as of yet, you have not worked in a situation where you worked as a team or that you haven't been exposed to any of the situations as of yet but describe what you would do if you were exposed to them.

Good luck.

If you can't answer the questions on the application form, how will you manage in the interview?
Be careful, you may feel very silly sat there not knowing the answers.
Have a think about each time you have been in the situations mentioned.
PS nice to know the post office want to sell us things we don't want.

If you had the qualifications and experience to do the job, you wouldn't need someone else to tell you what to say. This will be picked up on as soon as you attend an interview. You need to apply for a job that is more suited to you, or be honest and hope that they will be willing to provide training.

if this is your first job say that you have had no experience of work say so ,but say you are willing to learn as for team work say that you get on with most people also if you are to sale a product say that you would read up on it so that you can answer the customers questions hope this helps

Only you can answer these questions, because you have lived the experiences. There is no way for us to know these examples...try to think of past experiences with other jobs, projects, etc. If you are unable to answer these questions, are you sure you are right for the job?

First of all, they are too much questions, I have no time to read them all.

I think if you haven't the answers of those questions in the applications , you may not be the suitable man in this job post .

Better to give this job to someone who deserves it and can answer the relevant questions.
Apply for a job that u can do, like everybody else.

The questions are all quite clear so I don't understand why you would have a problem answering them!
If you really can't answer them you are not sufficiently qualified to do the job, sorry.

If you cant answer these then you shouldnt be applying for any jobs!!!

No one can get your job for you. They are looking for your personal experiences. If you don't have experience in these areas then put that. If you give someone else's answers then when a situation arises you wont know what to do. you can put that you have not experienced this but if it would then you can put down what you would do. Think about things that happened to you at school that might fit the description.
