How do I contact yahoo answers customer service?

Whenever someone chooses my answer for best answer I never get 10 points for it like I should and I don't understand why. This is not fair. If someone is choosing my answer for best then I should get my 10 points for it. What's fair is fair. Can anyone please tell me why this is happening?

You are getting the points, you probably are just not noticing them. The only way to tell for certain is to faithfully check your score at the end of the day -- and then check it again the next morning when you log back in. Do this until you get a Best Answer overnight -- and you should see the points hit your account. Usually, by the time you get an email telling you that you got a Best Answer, the points have already been posted. The emails tend to be delayed about 1/2 hour or more AFTER you get chosen (and get the points).

However, if you still feel that you need to contact them, you can post it as a BUG at the FORUM (blue link, top right) or email the team directly at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com to see if they can help you.

You will get the points added long before you get the email. Looking at your score indicates to me you have received them
As Bleeding Hearts said check your numbers. Work out how many points you have earned through answers, deduct 5 points for every question asked, add 3 points for every best answer to your questions you have picked, and the difference will be the points for BA's you have received.
I do mine daily, just to keep track of how I am doing.
