Help my tracfone says prepaid service disabled?

i need help with my cell phone. my cell phone says prepaid service disabled so is there does anyone know a code that i can put in and it will work? or a website or anything? tell me if there is a code. i need any information that you can give me ok. so if you can help then thank you verry much and thank you for your time
