How do you find out if you have a 64 bit or 32 bit os ? I'm using windows xp home edition service pack 2.?

XP home and pro are both 32
the new SP3 that comes out tomorrow will add 64 if you have a 64 bit machine

You can check by going to *Start --> Control Panel --> System and it will tell you which version.

*Start --> Control Panel --> Performance and Maintenance --> System

Hold the windows key and press R. Type winver and press enter. I am hoping it should say it in there.
