Had my taxes done by a company called wrights tax service have not recive my taxes?

had insurance form that i had cancer he was suppose to send it in and said that i could pick up my paper work when he contacted the irs, have not recived any payment or notice this was filled in march 12, 2008. what can i do he will not answer the phone and i donot have my orginal paper work from this company.

As you have learned the hard way, not keeping copies makes it harder to take your taxes to another preparer.

You can call the IRS and ask if your tax return was sent in. Any return filed electronically would be visible; paper returns tend to show in the system about 3 weeks later...though you'd have to have signed it.
