I have a new analog fax machine and digital phone service. Does anyone know how to hook it up?

I have tried emaling LexMark and get some prefilled blab-blab-blab answer. I just need to know which lines goes where. I think I need a DSL filter, but at where does it go?

Look in the manual for the machine you purchased. Vonage and Digital phone service can cause problems with an analog fax.

If you're a Vonage residential customer:

Your dedicated fax line is only $9.99 per month plus a one-time $9.99 activation fee. You get 250 minutes of outgoing fax service plus unlimited incoming faxes.

Extra outgoing fax minutes are only 3.9 cents per minute, and outgoing international faxes are billed at our low international rates. Vonage fax lines work with all brands of fax machines.
How do I add a Fax Line?

1. Log in to your Vonage Online Account.
2. Click Add-ons.
3. Click Add a Fax Line.
4. Click the Adapter you would like to use for your fax line. Then select the State, Area Code and Location for your new Fax. Click Continue.
5. Enter your 911 Information. Click Accept.
6. You will receive an email order confirmation.

Unable to send or receive faxes through the Phone Adapter?

When you say that you have Digital Phone, could you be more specific, especially when later you say you have a DSL filter.
