What's the average age of an asker?

Have you ever considered what is likely to be the average age of people who use the yahoo answers service? Is there any specific data relating to it. I don't mind asking a 14 yr old or an 80 yr old a question, we all have opinions and ages, but my question is... do you imagine (like me) that most of the users here are between 16 and 35. Anyone older or younger using this service?

Oh yes, I wonder too. Except I get the impression that the main age range (that is, the 66% making up the average of the bell-shaped curve) is closer to 14 years to about 25.

I know there are older folk, and a bunch of 11 and 12 year olds to boot!

So many of the questions seem to belong on an "Advice for the Love Lorn" section...as in "My bf left me and i just don't know what to do...I'm 13..."

Age group? How about IQ? (Gee, first time anyone's brought up THAT subject, eh?" How about emotional maturity? How about interests? Educational level?

How about REAL interests in the topic of psychology (and NOT "I think I'm psychic!")

I wonder all the time about the demographics on here...

I'm a 29 year old project engineer living and working overseas. I never had time for anything like this when I lived in the US, but since I've given up my social life in exchange for a fatter paycheck, I've got nothing but time.

i can't possibly know for sure but it seems like most of the questions i've been answering seem to be kids 14-19 years old.

It probably depends heavily on the category the question is in.
