How to Improve your Job working please say the most improvment answer?

I am working at Meerut in Govt. Office but my service is Private so please tell us how improve to my working to achive the high scale of salary and Secure Job.

1. Never be late
2. Ask your boss is there something else you can help with
3. Do some training on line
4. Go to school

1.Always organise your mind for your Job.
2.Be careful in duty timing.
3.Keep good relationship with your boss and other staff members.
4.Be confident that you have the ability to do your work.
5.Keep yourself friendly that every one consider you like a friend.
6.Always submit your reports with a good presentation.
7.Look around how other staff doing there job.
8.Keep a smiling look on your face and dont show confuse look.
9.When office time close you should sit for some extra time.
10. Dont discuss your family matter in office with friends.
11.Dont go for advance money always.
12.Make your work place clean and pleasent.
13.Always keep your working record in files with page no or serial wise by name.
14.If there is some presentation work then try your best to do that diffrently from other.

16. Dont go to your boss room for low demands or complains.
17. Dont participate in that programme in which your boss have no interst.
18.Some time give tip to the office tea boy becouse he is always spy of the boss or company owner.
19. Dont sit with boss in his car if he want you say thanks.Becouse may be you do some thing bad in his front.
20.If your boss wife or son or daughter come to office then treat them well.
21. Dont create problem in office on small maters.
22.Dont involve in other person bussiness.
23.Always save salary for your difficult time becouse may be your salary will be late.That will give mental satisfication.
24.Dont enter in office with house problems.Also in house with office problems.
25.If there is some urgent work in office then dont refuse and do if even you stay for extra hours.
