Why is YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE so useless? |
Check this out... I PAY (yes PAY MONEY) to yahoo,in order to use thier bizmail services... and do you think they even have a customer service number for that? NOOOOOO... YAHOO has absolutely NO PHONE numbers where you can actually talk to a REAL person... not even a live online chat session. so My question is... why would such a BIG international corporation that makes BILLIONS of dollars... not have customer service numbers? and better yet? Why do we (the users) not complain more about it? I think we should all BOYCOTT YAHOO untill they get a service phone system... don't you? If you do... dont answer... in fact go get a myspace account right now and delete all things yahoo from your PC... and definately DO NOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION... Calm down. Take a deep breath.
