Why are Conoco prices higher than competitors 3 blocks down the road? |
When I'm driving down the road, I refuse to go to a Conoco station. This is because as I drive, literally, I can go further down the road and see another gas station that is usually 5-7 cents cheaper. Does anyone have an answer to that question? Both places will have almost the same level of service, i.e., snacks, variety store that's neat, etc. Short of gouging, there are a number of causes for the disparity in prices at different service stations. |
